    The primary bedroom on the main floor features a luxurious soaking tub and private access to the screen porch, while the upper level boasts a loft area with breathtaking views. The two large bedrooms upstairs offer plenty of space for everyone to spread out and get a good night's sleep.

    In the downstairs area, you'll find a second living space, a ping pong table, and a king bedroom with attached bathroom - perfect for entertaining and having fun with your loved ones. And let's not forget about the outdoor space, with a hot tub under the deck and a large front deck and attached screen porch for enjoying the fresh mountain air.

  • Bear Ridge is a great option for families traveling with kids, and groups up to 12. Dogs are also welcome!

    This property is Dog-friendly up to 2 dogs per reservation, with a pre-paid pet fee of $100/stay.

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

  • Bear Ridge is just minutes from Sunday River Resort’s Golf Club and South Ridge Lodge! Also within minutes you will find Frenchman’s Hole, Honey Hole, and Letter S swimming spots along the sunday river.

    Bear Ridge is approx. 8 miles from Bethel Village, where you will find local dining, shopping, and grocery.

  • Payments are fully refundable less a processing fee of 3% if notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. In the event of a no show there is no refund.
