  • looking at the slopes of Sunday River. This immaculate home is the perfect spot for your Maine mountain vacation no matter what time of the year. Whether you are looking to hit the ski slopes hard all day, go for a hike, paddle, bike ride, or any other adventure that comes up, you will come back to your own private mountain retreat.

    The interior of the home features 5 bedrooms. The master suite is on the main floor off the great room. 3 bedrooms are on the lower level and the 5th bedroom is the bunk room above the garage.
    The open concept kitchen, dining, living space features a massive floor to ceiling fireplace, views of the slopes of Sunday River and large vaulted ceiling with built in speaker system.
    The Kitchen/dining lead out to the inviting outdoor space which features a sunken in hot tub, covered outdoor dining, deck with views that leads down to a stone patio.

    Please Note: This home is located in a mountainous area with a steep driveway. A 4x4 vehicle may be required in the winter months.

  • Maine Stay is a great option for families traveling with kids, and groups up to 12. Dogs are also welcome!

    This property is Dog-friendly up to 2 dogs per reservation, with a pre-paid pet fee of $100/stay.

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

  • Maine Stay is just minutes from Sunday River Resort’s Golf Club and South Ridge Lodge! Also within minutes you will find Frenchman’s Hole, Honey Hole, and Letter S swimming spots along the sunday river.

    Maine Stay is approx. 5 miles from Bethel Village, where you will find local dining, shopping, and grocery.

  • Payments are fully refundable less a processing fee of 3% if notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. In the event of a no show there is no refund.

    We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes things happen. For this reason, we strongly suggest guests purchase Travel Insurance . Trip Cancellation coverage (included) keeps you from losing your vacation savings if you need to cancel for a covered reason.
