    Enter the home through the grand entrance that is the castle inspired brick turret spanning the entire height of the property. The grand two story great room offers 180 degree mountain views centered by a brick fireplace surrounded by all the comfy seating, plush chairs, bean bags, sofas.
    The well stocked kitchen, with 6 person breakfast table, flows into the formal dinning room, all while providing the opportunity to spot wildlife looking out towards the pond.
    This main level also features the master suite overlooking the forest beyond the property.

    The second level boasts 4 bedrooms, including the turret bunk room, and a dual vanity bathroom with steam shower and a large soaking tub, all accompanied by a loft living room with smart TV.

    The lower level, is where the fun begins. Theres something for everyone. In the mood for games? Play some 8 ball in the billiards room with sweeping views adjacent the turret bar. Play a round of virtual golf on Golden Tee Arcade. Or sneak back to the arcade cave for some shuffle puck, foosball, or pac man. Looking to chill?   • Mansion is located just minutes from Sunday River Resort’s Golf Club and South Ridge Lodge, offering convenient access to premier skiing and golfing experiences. Enjoy nearby popular swimming spots along the Sunday River, including Frenchman’s Hole, Honey Hole, and Letter S, perfect for summer relaxation and outdoor adventure.

    The Mansion is also approximately 8 miles from Bethel Village, where you can explore local dining options, shopping, and grocery store.

  • Payments are fully refundable less a processing fee of 3% if notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. In the event of a no show there is no refund.
