Inside, you’ll find central air conditioning, on-demand hot water, and reliable WiFi throughout to ensure a comfortable and connected stay. The expansive outdoor space features four distinct levels for entertaining and taking in the sweeping panoramic views. The main deck showcases a custom gazebo with a cozy seating area, an outdoor gas fireplace, a gas grill, and a spacious dining area perfect for gatherings. The lower level includes a 6-8 person hot tub nestled in another custom gazebo, additional seating, and a unique boulder terrace complete with a fire pit.     This riverfront vacation rental at Sunday River provides the perfect getaway with easy proximity to outdoor activities.

    Rediker Retreat is approximately 5 miles from Bethel Village, where guests can enjoy local dining, shopping, and grocery options.

  • Payments are fully refundable less a processing fee of 3% if notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. In the event of a no show there is no refund.

    We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes things happen. For this reason, we strongly suggest guests purchase Travel Insurance . Trip Cancellation coverage (included) keeps you from losing your vacation savings if you need to cancel for a covered reason.
