    Hot tub and fire pit are great for relaxing after a day on the slopes or a hike on one of the many trails in the area.

    This home is located on a quiet road about eight miles from Bethel village dubbed Maines most beautiful mountain village where you will find restaurants, shops, movie theatre, bowling alley, walking paths, and some great mountain biking. You'll be only four miles from the Sunday River Ski Resort, allowing you to grab your skis and be on the slopes in no time. Only 5 miles from Sunday River Golf Club, one of the most beautiful golf courses in New England. Grafton Notch State Park is just a short drive away, where you'll find miles of backcountry hiking trails through some of Maine's most spectacular terrain as well as family friendly walks to caves and waterfalls.

    Of course, we wouldn't blame you if you choose to spend all your time relaxing in this spectacular three-story home. A wall of windows looks out onto the mountains and provides a stunning backdrop for every activity, from a friendly game of pool to soaking in the private hot tub or simply sipping a mug of coffee out on the deck.

    Please Note: This home is located in a mountainous area with a steep driveway. A 4x4 vehicle may be required in the winter months.

  • Ridge House is a great option for families traveling with kids, and groups up to 12. Dogs are also welcome!

    This property is Dog-friendly up to 2 dogs per reservation, with a pre-paid pet fee of $100/stay.

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

  • Ridge House is just minutes from Sunday River Resort’s Golf Club and South Ridge Lodge! Also within minutes you will find Frenchman’s Hole, Honey Hole, and Letter S swimming spots along the sunday river.

    Ridge House is approx. 10 miles from Bethel Village, where you will find local dining, shopping, and grocery.

  • Payments are fully refundable less a processing fee of 3% if notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. In the event of a no show there is no refund.

    We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes things happen. For this reason, we strongly suggest guests purchase Travel Insurance . Trip Cancellation coverage (included) keeps you from losing your vacation savings if you need to cancel for a covered reason.
