- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $100 per stay, no cats please. Please trim your dog’s nails before check-in to protect the floors. Please pick up after your dog.
- No parties are permitted; violations could lead to immediate termination of your stay. We strive to foster a respectful environment for our neighbors.
- An exterior camera is installed for security purposes.
- Parking in the driveway for 8 cars max.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.
- The pool can be heated to approximately 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. Keep in mind that during cooler weather, it might not feel as warm as you expect. For instance, if the nightly ambient temperature is about 55 degrees, the pool may only reach 75-80 degrees.
- Important note about the pool heater. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to answer any questions before or during your stay.

Cancellation Policy: Payments are 100% refundable of the total rental rate if notice of cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Payments are 50% refundable if notice of cancellation is received 14-30 days prior to the arrival date. In the event of a no-show, there is no refund. No refunds will be given for storms or weather events. We do not issue refunds due to road conditions. Exceptions may be considered at the manager's sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
